Interview Readiness Score

The questions your resume invites — so none of them are a surprise.

  • Deterministic — the same document always gives the same result
  • Every finding quotes the line of your resume that triggered it
  • Parsed in memory and discarded. Never stored, never trained on

Deterministic analysis. Nothing is uploaded to a model, and your document is not stored.

What this tool gives you

  • Skills you list but never show in action — the first things to be tested
  • Timeline questions your dates will raise
  • Claims that lack a measurable outcome to discuss
  • A readiness score based on how much of your resume you can substantiate

How it works

  1. Add your resume

Upload a PDF or DOCX resume, or paste the text directly. Nothing is stored — the analysis runs on the document you submit and the file is discarded.

  2. The engine analyses it

A deterministic engine reads the document and extracts the facts — structure, skills, dates, evidence. No language model is involved, so the same document always produces the same result.

  3. Read the evidence behind every result

You get the findings with the reasoning attached: what was found, where it was found in the document, and what to change. No score arrives without an explanation.

Interviewers do not ask questions at random. They read your resume, find the places where a claim is not backed by anything, and start there. A skills section listing twelve technologies where the work only describes four is an invitation, and everybody in the room knows it.

This tool re-reads your own resume adversarially and shows you those places first: the skills with nothing behind them, the gaps that will be asked about, the accomplishments with no number attached to discuss. None of it is a criticism of you — it is a list of what to prepare.

The best use of this is the hour before an interview. Take each listed skill and make sure you have one concrete story ready. That is the entire exercise.

Frequently asked questions

How does a resume determine what I am asked?
It is the only shared document in the room, so it sets the agenda. Interviewers look for claims that are not substantiated on the page and probe those, because that is where the information is. Anything you listed without describing is a likely opening question.
Should I remove skills I am weak in?
Remove anything you could not hold a five-minute conversation about. Keep it and add one line of real work for anything you can. The middle case — listed, unsupported, and shaky — is the worst of the three: it gets you the interview and then loses it.
What if I have an employment gap?
Prepare one calm sentence and use it. Gaps are ordinary; the only thing that reads badly is being visibly unprepared to discuss one. See Resume Timeline Checker for exactly which periods will be noticed.
