Resume feedback usually arrives as an undifferentiated list, which leaves you to guess what matters. This report separates the two things you need to know — what is already working, and what to fix next — and orders the second list by cost rather than by category.

The strengths are not encouragement; they are findings that passed. Knowing your date formatting is consistent and your bullets are well quantified tells you where not to spend your next hour, which is as useful as knowing where to.

Frequently asked questions

What should I fix first?
Everything marked critical, in order. Those are the findings that stop a machine reading your resume or a recruiter contacting you — no amount of improvement elsewhere compensates. Warnings come next, and refinements last.
Is this a human resume review?
No. It is a deterministic analysis of your document, which means it is instant, consistent, free, and traceable to specific text. It cannot judge whether your career narrative is compelling or whether a particular role suits you — a good human reviewer can, and the two are complementary.
Why is something listed as a strength when my score is low?
Because the score is a weighted sum of five components, and it is entirely normal for a resume to be excellent at one and poor at another. A beautifully written two-column resume genuinely has strong content and genuinely fails machine readability.
