Resume Completeness Checker
Everything a reader expects to find, and whether they can.
- Deterministic — the same document always gives the same result
- Every finding quotes the line of your resume that triggered it
- Parsed in memory and discarded. Never stored, never trained on

How it works
-
Add your resume
Upload a PDF or DOCX resume, or paste the text directly. Nothing is stored — the analysis runs on the document you submit and the file is discarded.
-
The engine analyses it
A deterministic engine reads the document and extracts the facts — structure, skills, dates, evidence. No language model is involved, so the same document always produces the same result.
-
Read the evidence behind every result
You get the findings with the reasoning attached: what was found, where it was found in the document, and what to change. No score arrives without an explanation.
There is a difference between content being absent and content being unfindable, and it is a difference parsers do not forgive. If your work history sits under a heading called "Where I've Been", the content exists and a human will read it — but software looking for "Experience" will not index it there, and the resume will behave as though the section is missing.
This checker reports both cases separately: sections with no recognisable heading, and contact fields genuinely absent. It also credits the optional sections — projects, certifications, achievements — that give a reader concrete evidence beyond job titles.
