How it works
-
Add your resume
Upload a PDF or DOCX resume, or paste the text directly. Nothing is stored — the analysis runs on the document you submit and the file is discarded.
-
The engine analyses it
A deterministic engine reads the document and extracts the facts — structure, skills, dates, evidence. No language model is involved, so the same document always produces the same result.
-
Read the evidence behind every result
You get the findings with the reasoning attached: what was found, where it was found in the document, and what to change. No score arrives without an explanation.
Degree requirements are one of the most common hard filters in hiring, and they are checked automatically. A resume that writes "BE" where the filter looks for "Bachelor" can fail a screen the candidate comfortably satisfies. Seeing what is actually extracted is the only way to know which side of that line you are on.
Certifications are matched against a list of recognised credentials — cloud, security, project management, finance, agile, analytics — rather than guessed at. If you hold one that is not detected, spelling it out in full alongside the acronym is usually all it takes.
